- Develop comprehensive construction schedule and milestones for the project
- Finalize and sign off on preconstruction phase to proceed in construction phase

- Provide project schedule
- Regular site cleaning, rubbish removal
- Purchase of necessary materials and supplies
- Follow up of project plans according to the schedule list
- Preparation of work progress report
- Quality control of materials and how to implement the project
- Conduct all necessary inspections as required to ensure all work meets or exceeds building code requirements
Completion
